Manish Malhotra's prolific career spanning over 30 years has seen him redefine fashion as a couturier, costume stylist, entrepreneur, and revivalist. Manish began his career as a model, but his passion for movies and fashion soon led him to costume design. Best known for his bridal wear and costume styling, our glamorous stores are located in Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad and Dubai with Bridal, Couture, Diffusion and Men’s line available across all stores. His designs with a strong sense of color and occasion has made him the first choice of some of the most striking personalities in India and abroad.

    Reminiscing with Manish Malhotra As 2025 begins, we reflect on a year that redefined the paradigms of couture and design, marked by landmark achievements, extraordinary celebrations, and iconic moments. In 2024 , Manish Malhotra took on the role of creative director for the pre-wedding and wedding celebrations of Anant and Radhika Ambani- an opulent confluence of couture and decor- under the visionary guidance of Mrs. Nita Mukesh Ambani. Indian craftsmanship took center stage on the global platform, as our creations adorned Indian luminaries and international icons alike. From the world’s most-watched red carpets to Mrs. Nita Mukesh Ambani’s presence at the Olympics, our designs were a testament to the enduring legacy of Manish Malhotra couture. Our PMO shows organized by the Indian Minorities Foundation, including the BANARAS collection presented at the Dharohar Kashi Ki show, and the EVARA collection featured in the Namo Bharat show as part of the Sewa Pakhwada initiative, were more than fashion presentations—they were evocative tributes to cultural heritage with meaningful impact.     Empowering Women and Reviving Heritage For over a decade, Manish Malhotra has been at the forefront of reviving the intricate art of chikankari embroidery, a craft steeped in India’s cultural heritage, with a purpose that extends beyond fashion—a vital signature of the brand. His association with the Mijwan Welfare Society (MWS)—an NGO founded by the visionary poet Kaifi Azmi and led by Shabana Azmi and Namrata Goyal—has been a catalyst for change, as he has championed a mission to empower the rural women of India. What began in 2012 with just 40 artisans in Uttar Pradesh has flourished into a vibrant community of over 600 women, many of whom have become sole breadwinners in their families. These women are not just breaking free from conventional patriarchal structures but also asserting their independence with financial autonomy, managing their own bank accounts. The initiative goes beyond preserving the legacy of chikankari. It empowers women through skill-building, ensuring the craft is passed down to future generations. Even amidst the challenges of the pandemic, the program adapted with a hybrid work model, allowing artisans to take materials home and continue their embroidery safely. Each stitch tells a story of resilience, independence, and artistry, transforming lives while preserving the legacy of chikankari.
