Want some tips that ACTUALLY help you to create more balance in your life? ?? Say “no” more often: Protect your energy by only committing to what truly matters. It’s not selfish… and it’s 100% necessary. ?? Schedule downtime: If rest isn’t on your calendar, you’ll skip it. Treat your self-care time as seriously as any other appointment. ??♂? Drop the guilt: None of us can “do it all.” Letting go of the pressure to be perfect can be a huge relief. For me, finding balance meant setting a non-negotiable ‘no work on Sunday’ rule so I could recharge. It was definitely hard at first, but my mental health and energy levels have thanked me ever since. So, what boundary could you set TODAY to feel more balanced in your own life? Let me know below!

In a world that makes us feel like we should be doing all the things, it’s easy to forget that every choice has a COST… When you say “yes” to one thing, you’re inevitably saying “no” to something else. That’s just a part of life. Think about it: ?? For example, If you’re training for a marathon, you might not have time to keep up with your favorite shows. ?? Or maybe you’re meal prepping to stay healthy, which means scrolling less downtime on the weekend. For me, getting up early to workout meant going to bed a little earlier (which took some getting used to!). I’m not going to lie–it was NOT easy at first. But now, I wouldn’t have it any other way! At the end of the day, getting clear on what matters MOST means making intentional trade-offs... So, what’s one trade-off you’re willing to make to put your 2025 goals first? Drop it below — I’d love to support you. ?? If you want more real-life tips and strategies to keep life balanced and your goals on track, hit follow—we’re in this together!

Think about how many times a day a negative thought pops up in your head. Probably a lot right? Well that’s completely normal. Happens to me, too (often)... And from experience, I've learned that the key isn’t NOT to have any negative thoughts (which is pretty much impossible)... but it’s to learn how to respond to them. Here’s a powerful exercise I use with my clients: 1. ???????????? ?????? ??????????????. Instead of fighting it, acknowledge it. If it’s a thought like, ‘I’m never going to be able to fit into those pants again,’ just notice it without judgment.” 2. ???????? ????. Give that thought a label, like “the critic” or “the perfectionist.” Naming it helps you create distance. 3. ???????????????? ???????? ??????????. Choose a thought or action that serves you better, like, “I’m committed to taking one step at a time.” For me, learning this changed everything. I used to spiral when a negative thought came up, but now I can let it come and go, no big deal! Remember, thoughts are just thoughts. They don’t dictate your reality—unless you give them the power to! The next time a negative thought pops into your head—try this quick exercise and see if it makes a difference! Was this helpful? We hear this all the time… But that doesn’t make it any easier to believe when the scale isn’t budging, your energy feels off, or that “off week” turns into two. Here’s what I remind our members (and myself!): ?? Progress isn’t about perfect days or constant wins. ?? It’s about showing up, even when it feels messy. ?? It’s about zooming out and remembering why you started. Yes, there will be weeks where it feels like you’re stalling—or even going backward… But that’s NORMAL. It’s all part of the process. The key to sticking with healthy habits—whether it’s building strength, improving mobility, or finding energy you didn’t think you had— is to focus on what you CAN do. It’s the small wins—like showing up for a workout even when you’re tired, drinking an extra glass of water, or squeezing in some recovery stretches—that build the momentum you need to keep going. All those small “yesses” add up. And before you know it, you’ll look back and realize just how far you’ve come. Was this helpful to hear? Drop a ?? in the comments if this resonated with you!

What would happen if you put yourself first for the next 30 days? ?? Most of us have a long list of to-dos every day… And taking care of ourselves usually gets pushed to the bottom of that list. But what if, for the next 30 days, you… ?? Made your workouts a priority, even if it’s just 3 times a week? ?? Started your day with 10-15 minutes just for you — to stretch, reflect, or savor your morning coffee? ?? Prepped a few healthy meals ahead of time to fuel your body with foods that help you feel your best? It doesn’t sound like much, but if you start there and stay consistent… You WILL notice a difference in how you feel, move, and show up for your life. Even on my busiest days, I make it a point to schedule time for my health — whether it’s getting in a quick HIIT workout or going for a walk to recharge. So today, I encourage you to start with at least one thing from this list (or something even better that works for you). You deserve to feel strong, energized, and ready for life! Did this resonate with you? Share it to inspire someone else today! ??
