CX insight to action & CS performance management

One thing that's always impressed me about the culture Vasu & Harrison have built at MaestroQA: The relentless effort to deeply understand what makes our customers and potential customers successful - The willingness to dig into the anecdotal details that define success vs. failure. Our #CXSummits continue to exemplify how our customers have pushed us through this discovery process, and how we have pushed them. They also show beyond a doubt that we love big boats and Rocka Rolla bar in Williamsburg. At our Fall Summit in September, the Performance Excellence masterminds at Stitch Fix, Emily & Alyssa highlighted specific ways they've driven concrete ROI and org-wide collaboration with targeted quality: - Implementing a Six Sigma style "Define -> Monitor -> Asses -> Summarize -> Control" framework to programatize and disseminate targeted QA insights. - Funneling revenue-impacting insights to agents & support leaders to drive performance improvement. - Highlighting holistic insights to teams outside of support in any area that’s impacting retention / churn outside of CX control. Nate & Mary from Chegg Inc. discussed how they've used LLM-driven AutoQA to simultaneously address Support Performance and Voice-of-the-Customer needs: - Going beyond CSAT to create custom AI sentiment analysis detecting policy vs. product frustration. - Analyzing how support agents are managing churn / cancellation conversations to pivot training and root-cause analysis resources to conversations that directly “impacted revenue”. Would not have been the same without the participation of the MoneyLion & Circle Medical teams, we hope to see you all at the next one :) cc: Jess Jackson Melissa Merrill Adam Bird Tim Rodriguez Sundy Chen Wyatt Caldwell, MSW, APSW Parker Solomon Derek L. (Shout out Manhattan Orators for killing the nerves)

  • NPower's Spring graduation was truly inspirational.. CONGRATS GRADS! As was said many times at the ceremony: you've all taken a huge step toward controlling the terms of your future. Manhattan Orators is honored to have taken a small part in the curriculum and to be recognized as an official partner. It's only the beginning for our two organizations that share so many overlapping values around skill development, professional achievement, and community engagement. Special thank you to Marina, Daniel, Diocelyn for their tireless leadership at NPower, Sal & Maxmillian for representing MO, and to Bank of America for hosting a beautiful event. (Congrats to Frailyn, Swayne, Jordan, John, Coby, Luis, Nathan, and the whole rest of the class!)

  • For over 20 years, NPower has been focused on creating pathways to economic prosperity by launching digital careers for military veterans and young adults from underserved communities. Seeing the energy & expertise that folks like Marina, Daniel, and ??Bertina bring to enabling their participants is truly inspiring. Manhattan Orators' journey started much more recently.. The opportunity to partner with Npower is an exciting avenue to reaching those who need it most with our mission: providing modern, realistic, and constructive ways to enhance public speaking, and more generally, the soft skills that permeate success in ANY career path. On May 23rd, our members Evan, Maxmillian, Sal, and Natalie had a chance to join a Npower training cohort to share how speaking and soft skills have impacted their careers, along with actionable strategies trainees can take to maximize the beginning of their careers. The eagerness to learn was palpable and the discussion took many unexpected turns. Thank you Swayne, Oluwafemi, Luis, John, Frailyn, and many others for your participation. We plan on making these sorts of volunteering opportunities far more consistent, as we believe that so many of our members (and future members) have skills to share, while so many are eager to learn and evolve at Npower and beyond. If you're interested in volunteering or getting involved in our bi-weekly meetings, shoot us a DM!
