We recognize that people may be dealing with life situations outside of the kitchen and strive to create a space alongside community-minded business partners that allows our participants to explore their curiosity and build their skills in an internship that will prepare them for employment in a professional kitchen. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in culinary training or facilitation, with a strong commitment to addressing systemic barriers to employment. If you’re collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about teaching culinary skills while building meaningful relationships, we’d love to hear from you!
