The Brooklyn Nets are always game-ready, and their state-of-the-art training facility plays a huge role in that. Ahead of tonight’s matchup against the Boston Celtics, take a look inside the space where the team sharpens their skills, recovers, and prepares for big moments. Mancini helped bring this high-performance training facility to life, transforming the top floor of a century-old building in Sunset Park into a modern home for the team. Working alongside Machete Group and MANICA Architecture, we designed a space that blends elite training with premium amenities while reinforcing the team’s Brooklyn identity. The facility includes: - Two full-size basketball courts - Strength and conditioning areas - Media interview and film rooms - A full hydrotherapy suite with sauna and recovery spaces - A rooftop entertainment area with stunning NYC views. More than just a practice space, this facility was designed to optimize player performance and recovery, cementing the Nets' commitment to excellence. More on the project: https://bit.ly/43SdJjW ?? We're thrilled to share our Hudson Collaborative project has been recognized on Interior Design Magazine's 'Giants of Design' list and featured in its March 2025 print issue. "Jersey City's spectacular view of Manhattan is a nice perk for employees in its waterfront office buildings. Yet on the 13,450-square-foot amenity floor at 3 Second Street—smack on the Hudson River—Mancini Duffy had to balance the scenery with a need for privacy. The firm aimed to preserve natural light and a sense of openness while delineating separate spaces like a lounge, conference center, office suites, and a grab-and-go food shop. The team conceived a dark blue and gray palette that contrasts with the bright exterior, drawing attention to the vistas. Semitransparent partitions include an operable oak-slat wall, open-sided bookshelves, and seating niches carved into public corridors..." "Tenants can use it for coworking, meetings, or large events. Such hospitality- inspired details as a woven-metal chandelier, sculptural ceiling baffles, and custom millwork in rift white oak contribute to a cohesive aesthetic throughout." - Rebecca Dalzell
