Such hospitality- inspired details as a woven-metal chandelier, sculptural ceiling baffles, and custom millwork in rift white oak contribute to a cohesive aesthetic throughout." The 1924 landmarked building that once housed Greenwich Savings Bank has been reimagined into Gotham Halll, one of NYC’s premier event spaces. Mancini transformed the structure, restoring its 9,000 sq-ft ballroom with a soaring 70-ft ceiling and an ornate stained-glass skylight, blending historic grandeur with modern functionality. This steel-reinforced limestone and sandstone building, originally designed by York & Sawyer in a Classical Revival style, is adorned with monumental Corinthian columns, rusticated walls, and a Roman-style dome - a true Midtown icon.
