Lauren Maxted has been promoted to Principal, Director of Marketing & Business Development, and Director of the Seattle office. Since joining Mancini in 2022, her expertise in brand positioning, business growth, and market expansion has been instrumental in elevating Mancini’s presence nationwide. She will continue to work with the leadership team to guide the firm’s strategic vision while expanding the firm’s footprint in the Seattle market. Kara S., NCIDQ, IIDA, LEED AP ID+C, joined the firm as Studio Director in Seattle. With over 15 years in corporate interiors, ranging from tech, R&D, and professional service clients, Kara most recently worked for Unispace and will lead Mancini’s project teams and help to expand the firm’s engagement in the region. Tampa Bay Business Journal features Mancini's project with Urban ReWorx in its article: "Tampa development team plans VM Ybor affordable housing project." Urban ReWorx is leading the development, which will include 20 residential units, at a time when the Tampa Bay area is in need of more attainable housing. “This project represents a significant step in expanding quality, affordable housing while preserving the architectural integrity of VM Ybor,” said Miguel Gonzalez , a representative of Urban ReWorx, in a release. “We are excited to move forward with a design that contributes to the neighborhood’s future while respecting its past.” The team includes Mancini Duffy, formerly DSA Architects, InVision Advisors and OLDER LUNDY KOCH & MARTINO.
