The 3rd Quarter numbers are in! Manassas maintains a low vacancy in commercial real estate citywide (3.1%). Industrial and retail sectors saw rare gains in vacancy, which were largely due to large, singular properties recently hitting the market. The office sector in the City of Manassas remains at a near-historic low vacancy rate of 3.0%, in sharp contract with the Northern Virginia region's office space availability rate of 18.9%.
