Manage Work, Develop People is an individualized learning experience for new and aspiring managers. It's a blend of training and coaching. The program is tailored to the participant's organization and is live online so it can be delivered anywhere in the U.S. The program consists of six 1-hour sessions scheduled at the participant's convenience. Manage work, Develop People incorporate real-world applications to promote learning. By the end of the program, the participant has started building a trusting relationship with their team and is creating development plans for each team member. Manage Work, Develop People is the first step in your leadership journey
