I had the opportunity to present another iteration of my work on mapping the landscape of metabolomics research leveraging large language models (#LLM) at the recently concluded MANA (Metabolomics Association of North America) conference at Tampa. Hats off? to my undergraduate mentees, Aditya Simhadri & Varun Yelluru for their efforts on this project and to my postdoc advisor, Facundo Fernandez for the much needed feedback. During the presentation, I also introduced the first version of our app designed to assist scientists working in the field to help co discover research trends. Had a great trip to Tampa for MANA (Metabolomics Association of North America) 2024 Conference! ????????

It was my pleasure to give a presentation on my research focusing on deciphering the chemical interactions between bacterial-fungal cystic fibrosis pathogens at MANA 2024 in Tampa! It was an excellent experience to learn the amazing researches using metabolomics approaches and meet all the intelligent scientists from across the North America. Thanks to MANA (Metabolomics Association of North America) and MANA Early Career Members and the organizing committee for providing such opportunity. I would also like to thank Georgia Tech College of Science and Student Goverment Association for awarding me travel grants that funded my trip last week!

I had the pleasure of attending the MANA (Metabolomics Association of North America) meeting in Tampa this year, where I presented my research titled, "Progesterone Metabolism and Breast Cancer Risk Using Simultaneous Quantitation and Discovery (SQUAD) Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry." A heartfelt thank you to my research advisor, Dr. Facundo Fernandez, as well as my collaborators at Indiana University and the Susan G. Komen Tissue Bank for their invaluable support. I’m grateful for the opportunity to share this work and connect with others in the field of metabolomics. Thank you to Elisabeth Schwiebert for taking my picture.

In October, I had the opportunity to attend the MANA (Metabolomics Association of North America) Annual Conference in Tampa, Florida, where I presented my research on the metabolomic effects of PFOA on COVID-19 progression and severity.
