"Data is one of our most valuable assets. It serves as a guiding force across the Authority, shaping everything from legislative reforms and policy development to software innovation and data protection. By ensuring that our decisions are rooted in data and evidence, we can avoid reactionary policymaking and instead build a regulatory framework that is proactive, balanced, and future-focused." MGA CEO Charles Mizzi spoke in a moderated session titled 'Regulatory Challenges Facing the iGaming Industry' at the Malta Stock Exchange plc's Governance, Risk, Compliance and ESG Conference today.
