This facility's location in Grass Valley brings with it picturesque views of nature everywhere you look around the facility. This project, sold by Sales Operations Manager Ghia Nellis and brought together by MakoRabco Project Manager Jessica Wellman, features several single-story, exterior access buildings, complete with solar panels and enhanced security features. This gorgeous facility is located along the Duwanmish River, giving a beautiful backdrop for this top tier facility. This project, sold by Sales Manager Brent Amsbary and brought together by MakoRabco Project Manager Charles Reese, features a large multi-story storage facility totaling 102,701 square feet.
