We had a great session today in Camp Innovate!?? Students selected their problem and product solution today. They also worked on creating a budget to purchase supplies and coming up with customer retail pricing.?? Also, thanks to MakebaDesigns for coming out again to share her entrepreneurial journey...this time with our 6th-8th graders. Today our future innovators & entrepreneurs of Camp Innovate selected their "problem" & "product solution". They also worked on creating a shopping list to develop their prototypes and learned about determining customer pricing...gross & net! Students also heard from Makeba Griffin, MBA of MAKEBA DESIGN & PRINTS, LLC! They thoroughly enjoyed learning about how she got started and they were excited to see her products. Makeba even gave away some of her items to 2 students, as prizes for answering her questions. ?? One of our campers who won a backpack, literally kept it on her back the rest of the day!!! ???? #empoweringpossibility??
