Have you tried Lachlan’s Wish Maker at Fiiz Drinks? This delicious drink was handcrafted by wish kid Lachlan, and throughout September Fiiz Drinks is donating 100% of its sales to Make-A-Wish Utah!

This September, Fiiz Drinks has partnered with Make-A-Wish Utah to help grant wishes for Utah children! Throughout the month, customers will be invited to round up their purchase in support of local wishes. For a limited time, Fiiz is also introducing a new drink created by wish kid, Lachlan. Lachlan’s Wish Maker, a delicious blend of Sprite, raspberry, blue raspberry, whip cream, and yellow star sprinkles, will be featured in all FiiZ locations throughout September and 100% of drink sales will be donated to Make-A-Wish Utah!

A huge thank you is in store for Associated Food Stores for their recent campaign that raised over $80,000 to grant wishes for Utah kids. Thanks to their efforts and your donations, 13 wishes will be granted to kids with critical illnesses! To celebrate, wish kid Colette got a princess party with the Olympus Macey’s employees as she received the announcement that her wish to go on a Disney Cruise will be granted soon! I've been fortunate to work with Frank Nilson for over ten years. Like many, I consider him an amazing colleague, friend, and person. After serving over 3,000 Utah Wish Families, Frank is retiring and moving to a part-time role. He's brought so much passion and fun to the Make-A-Wish culture and is everyone's favorite person. Happy retirement, Frank!

The Destinations team recently hosted an amazing wish proclamation for wish kid Stewie who loves baseball. They spent the afternoon at Smith’s Ballpark participating in a ton of fun baseball activities and meeting Bumble. The best part of the day was celebrating with Stewie when he found out that he had been medically cleared and his wish to travel to Destin, Florida will be granted soon! Thank you, Destinations team! After over 25 years with Make-A-Wish Utah, our revered Program Director, Frank Nilson, is retiring. Frank is a Make-A-Wish icon who has not only worked diligently and passionately for our mission, but has also been an avid and effective advocate, inspiring countless others to join us to reach every eligible child. In his time as a Make-A-Wish employee, Frank oversaw the granting of 3,000 wishes, ensuring each recipient had a one-of-a-kind experience! Please join us in extending a huge congratulations to Frank on a career to be enormously proud of.
