At Make-A-Wish, we believe in the power of hope to drive resilience and courage in the lives of children battling critical illnesses. Being a part of the Subaru Share the Love Event grounds us in the love our community brings to every wish we grant. Since the beginning of our collaboration, Subaru of America, Inc., and its retailers have helped grant over 3,600 wishes, providing children with experiences that bring joy and strength. It’s a powerful example of how this partnership fuels hope and transforms communities. Now through January 2, you can join Subaru in helping grant more wishes for kids who need it most. 关于我们
Together, we create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. We are on a quest to bring every eligible child's wish to life, because a wish is an integral part of a child's treatment journey. Research shows children who have wishes granted can build the physical and emotional strength they need to fight a critical illness. Founded in 1986, Make-A-Wish Connecticut has granted nearly 3,000 wishes, 246 wishes in 2017 alone. For more information about our chapter, visit ct.wish.org.

This #ThankfulThursday, we’re sending a huge THANK YOU to Paul & Amy Sudell for raising $42,000 through their Annual Weevster 18 Golf Outing. Four more wishes will come true because of you ????? For the last 6 years, the Sudell Family has held the Weevster 18 Golf Outing in loving memory of their son, Wish Kid Steven ‘Weev’ Sudell, who lost his battle to cancer in 2018, but wanted others to be able to have the same experience he did while on his wish to the Bahamas. Wish Dad Paul says, “Amy and I may be attending these events using a walker, wheelchair, or a cane down the road. But that will never prevent us from giving our 110% effort to keep raising money for Make-A-Wish Connecticut.” A wish forever transforms the lives of children, their families and entire communities. Since their first golf outing, the Sudell family has raised $230,000. We can’t thank them enough for their incredible commitment to bringing hope and joy to more children fighting critical illnesses. ????
