Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming students from Breakthrough Tech AI to our MLS offices. John Nicastro, our Chief Technology Officer and SVP, along with his dynamic team, provided the students with an insightful overview of MLS’ digital transformation initiatives. As part of the program, John hosted a fireside chat featuring Liya Aizenberg, Senior Director of Data Engineering, and Nicole Merritt, Director of Digital Product. Both Liya and Nicole shared valuable insights into their roles at MLS and spoke candidly about their experiences as women in technology. The students also enjoyed an exclusive tour of the MLS offices and left with some awesome swag to remember the day. We’re thrilled to have been part of the students’ journey and to support the next generation of tech.

?? What a spooktacular day! Last week we hosted our annual Halloween party.?? Our staff and their children enjoyed a festive day filled with trick-or-treating in the office and fun activities. The costume contest brought out some incredible creativity, but the standout was definitely our operations department! They transformed their space into an airport, complete with passports for the kids—truly unmatched and awesome!
