Today the Players Trust joined their Major League Baseball Players Association peers for the annual Career Development Summit presented by the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association in collaboration with our union. Our Player alum of Gary Sheffield, Ian Desmond, and Jon Jay shared their experiences and learnings on the power of giving back to others - and how it finds a meaningful place in realizing one’s purpose while also cultivating your network and skill set. A shout out to the all star MLBPA team in the house who leant their time and expertise to this conference and those who attended. The MLBPAA Career Development Summit was a fantastic event with a lot to offer all attendees. Blessed to be a part of it. We have a special community with a large percentage genuinely interested in helping each other. We can be each other's greatest resource.
