1. It’s not all blame on corporations. 2. Inflation over the last 4 years have crushed small business 3. Cost: City taxes, property taxes, employee taxes, federal taxes, higher wages(labor). 4. We know this because we ourselves are struggling! Many businesses might not be able to hang on until relief arrives. 30 percent increase in property taxes over 3 years. 35 percent increase in insurance rates, and last cost of goods and services increases by 45 percent. We can confirm Louisville is finally seeing a inflation rent increase. Somehow they were sheltered over the last few years. Note we do also hear people telling us there are a lot of blue TN tags, meaning they believe people are leaving Nashville for better home affordability in Louisville.

Is he wrong. Is she wrong. The mood has definitely changed over the last 12 months. And with so few houses being sold, the relationship part of the business better be more than the transactional part. https://lnkd.in/eXHvZKvc

Louisville, Nashville and many more now a buyers market!!! I understand Florida may be due to taxes and INSURANCE increases. But I believe the same exists across the country generally.
