Instead of focusing on kitchen operations, Tyler's addressed their inventory management and e-commerce integration challenges by creating a seamless connection between their in-store POS and online sales channels. This solution was better in terms of addressing Tyler's specific needs as a clothing retailer, focusing on inventory accuracy and omnichannel sales rather than food preparation timing.
