At 1-year, significantly more ReActiv8 patients perceive a positive change and are satisfied with their treatment, than those randomized to optimal medical management (OMM). ReActiv8 is now the most thoroughly researched neuromodulation therapy for mechanical CLBP, globally. The proportion of patients who reached the composite endpoint of ≥15-point ODI improvement and/or ≥50% NRS improvement and no worsening in either measure at 1-year was 72% in the ReActiv8 treatment group and 12% in the OMM control group (p< 0.001).
