It's official, a bioenergy first - we're powering a wastewater treatment plant! The visionary leadership team at Napa Sanitation District is turning a byproduct of their water treatment process into #biofuel, a clean, renewable energy source. The Linear Generator converts the biofuel into renewable electricity, increasing sustainability for the entire community while enhancing resilience during grid outages and reducing costs for ratepayers. This is a great example of how biogas-generating facilities today can significantly reduce energy load and create cleaner, more resilient operations. We couldn't have done it without the visionaries at #NapaSan and our awesome partners at NextEra Energy Resources.
