As of 5/30/2024 - Rates have creeped up higher over the last few weeks with the continued concern over inflation though THIS MORNING the revised GDP (Gross Domenstic Product) for Q1 showed the economy grew SLOWER than initially thought because of a softening in consumer spending. And the PCE (Personal Consumer Expenditure) inflation guage for the quarter came in LOWER than the previous reading which was higher. All of this gives greater confidence that the FED Reserve will be cutting rates later this year ...
