Check out this complete rehab we are doing! Turning a Family Dollar Store into a local Fitness Gym. MAGZ Construction and Security Systems has been the one stop shop on this project from demo, to the mezzanine build, to final drywall and paint and rubber flooring coming in the next final weeks. Lots of progress made, and lots to go to get this place open to the public.

One of our Design Build projects in York, Pennsylvania, is nearing completion. This marks our 12th project for Investment Real Estate, LLC. We have obtained a temporary Certificate of Occupancy for the 1st floor. We are waiting for the elevators to be finalized so that we can fully hand over the building. This building features insulated metal panels, a cold formed truss roof design and all galvanized framing. The faux barn doors look amazing. We demolished a car wash and shortened the length of the existing 1-story buildings to make room for the new multi-story structure. Talk about VALUE ADD! Great job to our team!
