Empowering family caregivers with the tools they need to extend the reach of healthcare providers. Magnolia emerged from our journeys as caregivers for our aging family members. Confronted with the daunting task of providing optimal care without support, we were overwhelmed, frustrated and alone. Our mission is to fundamentally change how caregiving is seen and valued within our healthcare systems; ensuring that family caregivers are equipped with the tools, expertise and support they need so no one walks this path alone. Our founding team includes alumni from Amazon, early team members from scaled healthcare delivery companies, and award-winning clinicians. We're currently serving families in the Pacific Northwest and we're just getting started.

This month—and every month—we recognize that our world simply wouldn't work without caregivers. At Magnolia, we hold 'imagination' as a core value; we know that another way is possible, it just hasn't imagined yet. The whole team at Magnolia is so excited to join the Coyote Ventures portfolio and scale our impact to support the nearly 40M family caregivers of older adults, the majority of whom are women, across our country.
Excited to announce Coyote Ventures latest investment in Magnolia Care! Magnolia is an all-inclusive caregiver support service covered by health insurance. Magnolia’s platform focuses on improving health outcomes for dementia patients by empowering caregivers. Upon diagnosis of dementia, there is no standard care plan that is administered. Magnolia’s digital companion for caregivers assists with daily care planning, alongside additional resources such as mental health support for the caregiver. Magnolia was recently accepted into the?CMS Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience (GUIDE) Program, a new program to support people with dementia and their unpaid caregivers. Magnolia is led by CEO Elisabeth Tarullo, formerly a founding member of the Amazon Care team. Liz and her co-founders have all experienced caregiving and are building Magnolia’s platform with a perspective that’s informed and motivated by personal experience.
