Exciting news from Magnify Incubator company Sorriso Pharmaceuticals!? ? At ECCO 2025, Sorriso presented exciting Phase 1b clinical data for SOR102, its first-in-class oral biologic targeting TNFα and IL-23p19 in ulcerative colitis. The high-dose group showed 100% clinical response and 100% symptomatic remission?for patients who completed the study, with a favorable safety profile and significant disease activity reduction. Recognized among ECCO’s Top 10 oral abstracts, these promising results support SOR102’s advancement into Phase 2 trials, bringing a potential oral breakthrough to UC treatment! ? Carly is a fourth-year Biology major with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Coming from Orange County, Carly is eager to explore the intersection of biomedical research and business. Jennifer, also a senior majoring in Biology, has a deep interest in scientific research, especially virology.
