Packed with valuable information and expert analysis, the event sparked engaging discussions and left attendees with plenty to think about as we move forward in an ever-evolving market. Key Highlights: Inland Empire by the Numbers: 4.8M people, 10th largest region, driving 20% of CA job growth. A competitive advantage with affordability and a younger workforce. Market Dynamics: Capital is returning, and corporate giants are active again. Tenants are prioritizing quality and efficiency to boost margins. E-commerce adoption and user demand are shaping the landscape. Looking Ahead: Declining development starts and a focus on existing asset optimization.
