?? Headed South! ?? Madison Wood Preservers is honored to contribute to the recovery efforts and support the communities impacted by Hurricane Helene in western North Carolina. Working with NC State Extension, we’re donating a truckload of fence post to aid in the rebuilding efforts. In challenging times, community support makes all the difference. We hope that this small donation can help families in big ways. Help us welcome our latest #madwood team member, Finny Akers. Finny joins us as our Central Territory Manager, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a passion for sales, building brands, and world-class customer experience. Born and raised in Washington, DC, Finny spent his summers in the lakes and woods of Alabama, honing his love for the outdoors and fitness. He has worn many hats throughout his career, from VP of Retail to Sales & Service in both the fitness and tech industries. In addition to his professional experience, Finny and his wife just welcomed twin girls to the world this past December. Long-term, Finny has plans to move his family back down to southern Virginia to join our inside sales team. Finny is overjoyed to be joining a company that shares his passion and dedication to excellence in both employee and customer relations. His commitment to honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic align directly with the core values of Madison Wood. We are excited to welcome Finny to our team to help make more history as we prepare for #thenext65 incredible years of Madison Wood Preservers.

Introducing Jeffrey Brock Adams, BBA, our newest addition to the madwood family! Brock joins us as a Territory Manager, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a passion for the building industry. Born and raised in Martinsburg, WV, Brock's love for building materials started in high school. He has worn many hats throughout his career, from sales to operations to installation. In addition to his professional experience, Brock has hands-on construction experience as a general contractor. He even built his own home from the ground up, showcasing his commitment to craftsmanship and attention to detail. Brock is thrilled to be joining Madison Wood, a company known for its dedication to employees and commitment to top-tier customer service and products. Sometimes, when you’re lucky, your co-workers become your friends. Over time they start to feel a lot like family. That’s when the “MW” on our shirts or our hats begin to stand for something deeper. When we wear that “MW”, it symbolizes more than just a job or a brand; it represents the bonds we've formed and the memories we’ve shared. Yesterday, the world lost a great man, Lucio Weaver. Our team lost a co-worker of 24 years and more importantly, a friend that felt like family. On behalf of Madison Wood Preservers, Inc., our prayers are with those that respected and loved Lucio as much as we did. Lucio, thank you for being an integral part of our Madison Wood family. Your dedication, kindness, and spirit will be deeply missed. Rest in peace, our dear friend.
