关于我们
Madison Strategies Group’s mission is to help individuals reach their full-potential and achieve economic mobility by developing and delivering innovative employment, education and financial empowerment strategies; providing technical assistance and sharing lessons learned from research and program implementation to drive systemic change. Madison Strategies is expert at providing our clients with the tools they need to thrive. The individuals we work with need a professional path that is right for them so that they find careers, and not simply jobs. We know that by training and preparing our clients to navigate their individual career journeys we are improving their lives and their communities. We build strong relationships with employers and learn about their businesses and what they look for in their best employees so that we can provide them with individuals who contribute to the success of their businesses and strengthen their workplaces. Yesterday, Tulsa was affirmed as a “big league” #TechHub, thanks to the dedication of Tulsa Innovation Labs and other key partners who worked on the Tulsa Hub for Equitable and Trustworthy Autonomy (THETA) grant. Now that the?U.S. Economic Development Administration?has awarded Tulsa approximately $51 million through its Tech Hubs program, our community is poised to solidify its position as a global leader for trustworthy and secure autonomous technologies such as uncrewed aircraft systems, autonomous vehicles, and drones. Alongside other key partners who contributed to this monumental initiative, MSG is excited to continue our commitment to investing in workforce development, empowering underserved populations, and fostering economic mobility for all Tulsans. We look forward to ensuring that the Tulsa workforce has the resources and technical skills it needs to further its ongoing status as a global tech leader.? ? The Tech Hubs program challenged 31 U.S. regions, designated “Tech Hubs,” to scale emerging industries by leveraging local assets and partnerships to address national challenges. Tulsa was one of only 12 recipients of the funding. Tulsa is uniquely equipped to lead this new era of industrial innovation. With the city’s rich history in aerospace and manufacturing, we’ve been at the forefront of critical innovations for years. ? The THETA initiative will: -Boost local manufacturing capabilities and reshore critical supply chains -Establish globally-unique testing environments? -Expand our region’s talent pool? -Increase applied research in autonomous technologies? -Accelerate local startup creation? -Create an AI center of excellence in Greenwood MSG co-led THETA on a steering committee that also included?Black Tech Street, Cherokee Nation Businesses,?L3Harris Technologies,?NORDAM,?Oklahoma State University,?Osage, LLC,?PartnerTulsa,?Radius Capital Ventures,?The University of Tulsa,?Tulsa Community College, and?TEDC. ?
