What makes a supper club a supper club? Those familiar with the restaurant genre our state is famous for know the experience is revered but also protected and widely debated. We created a poll with 28 suggested supper club essentials and asked respondents to check all that applied. More than a thousand people chimed in. The respondents (the majority of whom are presumably Wisconsinites) offered 135 requirements for a restaurant to be considered a true Wisconsin supper club.
