I spent the last 2 months reducing my meeting time from 7 hours a day to 2 hours ?? doing more work than before ??: Just a couple of months ago, I was involved in every decision that was taken in the company. I spent all my days doing one meeting after another and was feeling overwhelmed all the time ??. This included client meetings, team meetings, individual contributor meetings, and everything in the middle ??. For those who don't know, we are a no-code software development company that helps startups and non-tech build apps and internal tools faster than ever! Madhupa ?? Here's everything I did to change things: ?? Hired a mid-level manager and let them make daily execution decisions and manage developers and designers. They now make better decisions than I did! ??? Heavily leveraged software to manage tasks and to-dos. This reduced average meeting length from 43 minutes to 19 minutes. People came into meetings knowing what they are going to talk about. ?? Leveraged 2-minute Loom updates and text-based communication better. What can be done over chat should be done over chat. ?? Started work on a software platform where clients and project managers can exchange information and feedback about a project, removing the chain of middlemen.
