Leading a class at MADabolic isn’t just about giving instructions. It’s about?setting the standard. If a trainer can’t execute the movements they’re coaching, they’re simply not ready to lead our clients. There are?no shortcuts; the title "MADabolic Trainer"?is?earned, not given. Our in-house Training Camp isn’t just a box to check in the hiring process—it’s a deep dive into movement mechanics, the meat behind our structured programming, and what it takes to deliver a?kickass client experience. Rest assured, when you train at MADabolic, you’re not just taking a class—you’re learning from the best. That’s the difference. That’s the standard. And that’s why we invest so much into Training Camp—to build coaches who can deliver the most effective strength-driven group fitness classes in the industry. #FitnessIndustry #FranchiseOpportunity #FitnessFranchise #StrengthAndConditioning #Entrepreneur #MADabolic

?? Pittsburgh, PA MADabolic is excited to announce that husband and wife duo Jacob Christian and Rachel Christian have officially taken over ownership of MADabolic Strip District. The duo, longtime members and passionate advocates of the MADabolic training style, recently expanded the brand’s footprint in the broader Pittsburgh market with the opening of MADabolic North Hills in the city’s northern suburbs. “We are thrilled to add the Strip District location to the portfolio alongside North Hills,” shared Jake. The Strip District holds a special place in Jake and Rachel’s journey with MADabolic, as it is where they first came to know and love the brand as clients before deciding to open a location north of the city. “The Strip has a strong member base bolstered by a high-performing training staff, and we can’t wait to take the gym to new heights in one of the fastest-growing neighborhoods in Pittsburgh.” https://lnkd.in/dWiGwXGg #PittsburghFitness #PittsburghPA #FitnessFranchise #FranchiseOpportunity #Entrpreneuer #StripDistrict

At MADabolic,?strength, structure, and accountability?are at the core of everything we do—starting the moment class begins. That’s why, when the clock hits go-time, our doors lock. No late entries. No exceptions. Why? Because the first minutes of class?set the tone?for the entire session. Because this is when we break down movements, reinforce proper technique, and prioritize client safety. Because?24 high-performers?showed up on time—and they have businesses to run, meetings to attend, and lives to get back to after class. Because this isn’t just a rule—it’s a commitment to delivering the best possible experience for everyone who IS in the room. Upholding this policy respects our clients’ time, minimizes distractions, and preserves the structured, disciplined environment that sets MADabolic apart. So as we like to say… Be Great, Not Late!
I believe strongly in this one... We MUST respect our members' time ?? Of all the stats in our first year of anonymous evaluations I found this one of the most interesting (and concerning) ?? When building our evaluation process we had a lot of debate on what 'late' meant We, rather generously, gave clubs two extra minutes to start and finish to still score a 'yes' in these standards Still, many clubs didn't score this standard, with Sydney far behind our other cities The latest finish to a class we experienced in 250 visits? One session finished 20 minutes late... If we expect our members to arrive on time, we must also respect their time And just because we can finish a class late, it doesn't mean that our members don't have people to meet, kids to pick up and work to get to Do you think it's important that classes start and finish on time? Me, Jennifer Vaughan Maanavi and Matthew Lavender will be revealing many more stats and insights in our presentation at HFA Show on 12th March at 9.15am - if you found this interesting, don't miss our talk!
