Since opening our first restaurant in 2004 in Centennial, Colorado, MAD Greens has believed that healthy, fast, and fresh food should be mainstream, approachable, and flavorful. Darden Coors, a loyal customer, and avid fan of MAD Greens discovered her MADness in 2013, when she stepped in as CEO after AC Restaurant Group, a Coors family company, acquired MAD Greens. Here at the Salad Collective, we understand the importance of prioritizing mental health in today’s fast-paced and complex world. Last week, our executive team took a break from the grind to engage in a 'Day of Play.' We walked the Clear Creek Trail in Golden, Colorado, allowing ourselves to engage our minds and bodies with nature for #MentalHealthDay. This experience has reinforced our belief in the connection between healthy eating, physical fitness, and mental well-being. Nourishing our bodies with wholesome food not only fuels us physically but also supports our mental health.
