Let’s Go Mac Machine!
It’s a late night here at Mac Machine Co. & I decided to take a break & walk the production floor. To the keen eye- those who know manufacturing- the scene is pure joy! What do I see? Advanced 5-axis CNC mills, Lathes, & EDM’s all w/ glowing GREEN lights. Which indicates these machines are running “in-cycle”- machining highly complex Aerospace, Defense, & Medical components for our customers. Yet, this is 2nd shift & there is hardly anyone here... Why is this significant??? People in the industry will casually say they’re operations are “efficient”, … but are they really????? At Mac Machine, it’s not just a claim. The attention to detail in our fixturing, the repeatability built into our methods of manufacture, our processes, & innovative inspection routines makes it truly possible. This advanced level of productivity & quality is in the DNA of the Men & Woman at Mac Machine. ?? What an amazing day we all had at the Mac Machine Fish Fry celebration last Friday, September 5th! ?? The weather was beautiful, & it was the perfect opportunity to pause, celebrate Mac Machine's continued success, & enjoy some camaraderie with our fellow colleagues. The day was packed with excitement, including Raffles, Giveaways, and a competitive Cornhole tournament. Congratulations to our 2024 Cornhole Champions, Cole Reinke & Gary DeGroat! ????
