I recently had an opportunity to work with the #technical #education program at Eleva-Strum School District in #Wisconsin. The project that I had for the #students was to modify a few parts for a mechanical clock. It was an amazing experience to be greeted at the door by a student and the student gave me a great handshake. The Machining Blog and Matthew Schowalter visited the Eleva-Strum School District and gave a presentation on a #STEM project. The #students were very engaged and there was a lot of professionalism within the technical education program. The students looked me in the eye and gave me a good handshake. One #student helped me by modifying a few parts for the STEM project. What a great program, Craig Cegielski. Thank you for your support of the program Matt Guse and Dan Conroy. The technical education program has a student-run business for high school juniors and seniors. That program is called Cardinal Manufacturing. They are having a workshop for teachers on October 17th. At the workshop, participants can learn how to build a student-run business in their school.
