Sharing a few highlights from the CalMatters 2024 Ideas Festival where we were honored to participate in a special screening of our IMAX film Cities of the Future.??? The Ideas Festival brings together visionary thinkers from across the spectrum of public policy, government leadership, industry and non-profits to have smart conversations that spark solutions to some of California’s challenges. Cities of the Future inspired a larger conversation about the future sustainability of our cities, with director Greg MacGillivray joining a panel discussion after the film. Special guests included Mayor Matt Mahan of San Jose and other city leaders and transportation officials. Producer/co-director Shaun MacGillivray introduced the film. Forward thinking companies like Joby will be the key to engineering innovative and sustainable solutions to meet the challenges of the future!
