In conjunction with yet another go-live of digital service capabilities for MacArthur Co., I and Ludvig Bergander visited their HQ in St. Paul, MN, US. We had time to discuss and work on lots of important things, such as customer validation of developed solutions, roll-out planning, future roadmap, data-driven development, search engine optimization (SEO), product information management (PIM), company strategy alignment, backlog management, etc. Most importantly, we had lots of laughs, good and somewhat spicy food ??, and beer! Big thanks to CIO Dan Schaenzer and the team!

???? Excited to be visiting our customer MacArthur Co. in St. Paul this week with my colleague Joakim L??v to finalize a project delivery. This project marks a major milestone in their digital transformation, and we’re eager to meet end users and gather feedback so we can refine the user flows and further reduce friction in upcoming releases. Not least, we’re looking forward to spending a few days face-to-face with Dan Schaenzer and his fantastic team, to also refine the digital strategy roadmap. On a personal note, it’s always interesting to visit St. Paul and Minneapolis, the Twin Cities of the US with deep Swedish heritage – especially since I live in Huskvarna, J?nk?ping, the Twin Cities of Sweden!
