We asked our audience of moms and dads nationwide when they're hitting the submit button on camp and class registrations and discovered some important info for businesses. The bad news? nearly 30% of parents are already done. So if you haven't started your marketing yet, well your pool of campers is a little smaller than it was. The good news? Everybody else is still trying to figure it out. But 35% of them are doing it soon. If you've got summer spaces to fill, this is the time to spread the word.

    Nobody needs help promoting their products and services to parents anymore, they can just use ChatGPT. Hold the phone. AI is great at lots of tasks and organizations that aren’t embracing it will likely be left behind. But that doesn’t mean it can do everything. Experts predict a big consumer trend of 2025 will be the desire for authentic human experiences and interactions. Real people, real ideas, real encounters make a difference. We have parents (actual people - not AI personas) creating connections through social media, email, website content, in-person events, and more in 960+ communities across the country. AI is a very useful tool but our success story is told through community and connection.

    Tired of 2025 predictions? Would prefer a root canal to reading another New Year, New You resolution list? We couldn’t agree more. Every day we have just one goal. Make a family’s day better. That’s it. Maybe they learn about and attend an activity or event in their community and find new friends. Perhaps they get inspired to do a craft or STEM project together and discover a new passion. Possibly they find a new local or national business that solves the exact problem they’ve been struggling with. Or maybe they just connect with other parents and feel a little less alone in this adventure we call life. No big trends, no fancy fads. Just showing up every day for parents across the country. It’s what we’ve been doing for 17 years and what we plan to do for at least 17 more.
