Yesterday, I shared the importance of honesty in leadership, and today’s focus is on the importance of authenticity. Authenticity in leadership is vital because: ?It builds genuine connections with team members. ?Authentic leaders inspire others to be true to themselves. ?It promotes a culture of openness and vulnerability. ?Authentic leadership often leads to higher employee engagement and satisfaction.
