?? Last night, we celebrated the incredible achievements of our first-ever Early Care & Education (ECE) Apprenticeship Program cohort! As the first registered ECE apprenticeship program in San Diego County, this initiative is transforming early childhood education by equipping future educators with hands-on experience, mentorship, and career opportunities. With 20 apprentices successfully completing the program, a 92% program retention rate, 90% job placement, and many receiving well-earned promotions, this program is proof that when we invest in people, we invest in brighter futures for children, families, and our community.
