For this residential skyscraper, we will provide a total of 956 Friedrich Air Conditioning VHA heat pumps. These units are highly efficient, self-contained, easy to install, and will operate without the clutter of outdoor condensing units. They also comfortably meet the stringent wind/load requirements for such a high-rise. In addition, 40 Lennox Commercial VRF systems of various types will also be supplied to different facilities throughout the tower. The first batch of our units will soon arrive on site. MA 2 Flags Contracting is seeking an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant. This person must be able to oversee bookkeeping actives, scheduling and managing calendar, help preparing payroll, customer relations, manage file systems, answer phone calls, scan, etc. Employee will be managing day to day office operations while directly assisting management with personal task. Employee will be handling correspondence from current and prospective clients, typing proposals, managing schedules, ordering supplies, assisting with payroll processing and handling marketing initiatives for business. There are always a wide variety of tasks at hand in this position and it is imperative that this person be able to keep up, keep on top of all tasks at hand, multi-task, and follow up with everything. Must be able to work quickly and efficiently, and have a GOOD MEMORY. Candidates must have a strong telephone customer service skills and be extremely organized. Employee must be proficient with MS Office 2016 and prior. QuickBooks and IPhone familiarity is strongly preferred. Must be looking to grow long term with an office. Above all, this candidate must be organized, trustworthy, and quick thinking. Looking for someone with a sound knowledge of these tasks and willingness to learn more. Training will be provided. We are searching for a detail oriented Mechanical Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating internal company estimates along with vendor quotes, conduct cost analysis and liaising with internal members of all departments. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a team and will enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. They should also be capable of prioritizing multiple projects at once and ensuring deadlines are met. Responsibilities - - Monitor & ensure adherence to estimating polices & procedure. - - Ensure estimates are approved by a supervisor or senior estimator. - - Initiate consisting of communication with customers, project team and sales team. - - Perform (quantity takeoffs) of material & labor operations. - - Prepare cost estimates for HVAC & plumbing projects. - - Ensure bid documents are accurate, complete, and saved. - - Review project plans & specifications - - Prepare and follow up on quotes. Qualifications - - Ability and experience with architects and engineers - - Experience in project management, preferably in construction - - Must have Strong communication skills (verbal and written) - - Must have strong computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Abode Acrobat - - Experience reading blueprint, construction plans, and architectural plans. - - Work well as part of a team independently. - - Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, project management, architectural, construction management or related fields - - Must have prior experience using Onscreen Take off Software or AutoCAD or related software.
