*Exciting Project Announcement!** We’re thrilled to share that m2 studio has been chosen to renovate the historic Italianate-style villa at **3643 Camp Street, New Orleans**! Built in 1866 for Henry David Rice, this beautiful property was once part of the Delachaise Plantation. In 1875, it became a home for Protestant widows and orphans, funded by John David Fink, a wealthy German immigrant. Later, it served as The Delachaise, a care facility for elderly women until 1973.
