‼️This week, we’re highlighting Paul Mangum, a dedicated leader who has been a part of ML for over 30 years‼️ Paul earned his Building Construction Technology degree from Wentworth in 1992 and joined the M.L. McDonald team in 1993 as a paint estimator. Since then, Paul has become Vice President and head of the paint department. Paul’s commitment to M.L. McDonald goes beyond his own career - both of his children now work alongside him here at ML. When he’s not hard at work, you’ll find him spending time with his family or nurturing his impressive plant collection. This Monday, we’re introducing John Leahy, Vice President and Head of the Drywall & Acoustical Ceiling Divisions. With 23 years of experience in the commercial drywall industry, John has played a key role here at MLM for the past 13 years, stepping into the VP role in 2021. He started in construction at a young age when he spent his teenage years building playgrounds across New England. John then went on to pursue a business degree from Saint Michael’s college and build a successful career in the industry. John loves to spend time with his wife, Katy and their children Paddy, Brendan, and Nolan. Whether coaching their youth sports teams or working on carpentry projects together, he brings the same dedication and teamwork to his personal life as he does to his career. ‼️Meet the Team Monday: Meet CJ Mossali - Vice President & Head of StretchWall‼️ CJ’s passion for construction began at a young age, working in home renovations during his early teens. As he progressed in his career, he joined M.L. McDonald part-time throughout high school and college working in the warehouse. He initially attended UMass Dartmouth before transferring to UMass Lowell his junior year, allowing him to balance his education with 30-hour work weeks at M.L. McDonald, where he began his StretchWall career. His time at Lowell also enabled him to earn academic credits for his real-world experience, and he graduated with a degree in marketing. For 20 years, CJ has been an integral part of StretchWall, helping lead the company through key milestones, including the acquisition of its manufacturers and its merger with M.L. McDonald in 2021. In 2016, he was promoted to Vice President and Head of the StretchWall Division, where he continues to drive innovation and growth. Known for his work ethic and leadership, CJ is an essential part of our company’s future! #meettheteammonday CJ Mossali
