Ensuring the health and well-being of building occupants starts with addressing indoor air quality during construction. Common materials like wood, cement, drywall, and paint can release dust and fumes, negatively impacting air quality. Implementing energy-efficient mechanical systems with advanced filtration technologies, such as HEPA filters and UV-C light, not only reduces energy consumption and utility costs but also captures up to 99% of airborne particles and destroys harmful microorganisms. During construction, a common sight on our job sites is duct protection film, which seals off and protects ductwork from exposure to interior pollutants before project completion. By preventing pollutants from entering ductwork we maintain clean air, promoting a healthier environment for everyone involved. #construction #health #sustainability #greenbuilding
