In every community we serve, our team members get out of the office to give back to our neighbors. In 2018, our employees spent about 275,000 hours volunteering for organizations and causes they care about. Wearing our signature green t-shirts, M&T volunteers take on projects that create positive change and strengthen our communities. Our employees’ impact is amplified by our charitable giving. In 2018, we provided $30 million in grants to more than 3,500 nonprofits across our communities.
