WHAT WE DO:We help youth-based programs create culturally responsive programming through equity design thinking services. HOW IT WORKS: Service includes equity audit of existing programming, co-design of culturally responsive programming, and training of facilitators on new programming. This combination of services helps our clients create a culture of belonging in their programming that ensures their clients feel cared for, their lived experiences recognized and their voices amplified.
