From the LDA's Website: The End of an Era: LDA Closing it’s Doors in December After difficult and heartfelt reflection, the Board of Directors has decided to close the Lyme Disease Association, Inc. (LDA) in December 2024. In memory of the Lyme Disease Association’s (LDA) president Patricia V. Smith, the LDA has transferred ownership of their LymeAid 4 Kids (LA4K) fund to Colorado Tick-Borne Disease Awareness Association (COTBDAA) to continue this National granting program to provide monies for children in need of Lyme testing and treatment across the US. Please consider donating in honor of Patricia Smith.
