Technical Expertise: Provide engineering support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including design review, technical assessments, and solution implementation. Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and managing client expectations. Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet safety, quality, and compliance standards. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress. Budget & Schedule Management: Track project budgets, timelines, and resources. Proactively identify potential risks and delays, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the lighting design team, procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution and troubleshooting. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, project plans, and technical specifications. Key Abilities: A degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience in project engineering, preferably within the lighting or related sectors. Strong understanding of lighting systems, electrical design, and project delivery processes. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations under pressure.
