?? Speaker Spotlight: Curtis Dubay Meet Curtis Dubay, our esteemed keynote speaker for the Economic Outlook Breakfast! As the Chief Economist in the Economic Policy Division at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Curtis is at the forefront of analyzing the economy and the impact of public policy on growth. He leads the Chamber’s Chief Economists Committee, bringing together leading economists from member businesses to shape economic policies and provide critical analysis for Washington policymakers. Curtis’s career spans impactful roles, including Senior Economist at the American Bankers Association, where he focused on tax issues and economic trends affecting banking, and Research Fellow at The Heritage Foundation, where he published extensively on tax and economic policy. He has also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in transfer pricing, structuring international transactions, and authored influential reports like Tax Freedom Day and The State Business Tax Climate Index during his time at the Tax Foundation. A respected voice in the media, Curtis has been featured on CNBC, Fox Business, and C-SPAN, and cited in outlets like The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times. He has even testified before Congress multiple times. Holding a master’s degree in economics from the University of Connecticut and a bachelor’s in economics and leadership studies from the University of Richmond, Curtis currently resides in Washington, D.C., with his wife and three sons.
