Part of a 20-year master plan, this project included a new 40,000 SF administration building, vehicle storage, and remodels of essential maintenance facilities. Built to be resilient in the face of disaster, these structures meet “critical facility” standards, keeping LWSD operational during emergencies. Throughout the phased construction, our team minimized disruptions on the occupied site, ensuring site access and ongoing service to the community. Project Feature Friday ?? Project Feature Friday! ?? Phase Two of the Lincoln High School Modernization took on seismic upgrades and comprehensive improvements across the east campus, enhancing facilities like the gym, Performing Arts Center (PAC), and Career and Technical Education (CTE) spaces. Phase 2A brought upgrades to the gymnasium with seismic strengthening, ADA improvements, locker room renovations, and roof replacements. Phase 2B focused on the PAC, auditorium, and CTE areas with seismic and accessibility updates, interior finishes, and new roofing. Thoughtful planning in this phase ensured that school operations continued smoothly, minimizing disruption to the surrounding Wallingford neighborhood. ?? : Art Ross
