??We are hiring: Program Director Come join the Liberation Veteran Services Team in Richmond, VA. ??The Program Director will provide oversight and management over the programming at LVS under the direction of the President/CEO. The ideal candidate will be proficient in establishing a program that is sustainable, adheres to the applicable standards and regulations, and ensures our clients are managed effectively and treated with care. The Case Manager (CM) will work closely with clients to complete assessments, develop personalized goals, and ensure a safe and supportive path to stability while assuring the clients maintain their dignity and respect. We operate Virginia’s only “Low Demand” program which means we are working with Veterans with the most severe barriers to housing such as addiction and chronic mental health conditions. ??We have extremely low admission barriers, so no Veteran is left behind. ??Our brave Veterans fought for us; we are honored to fight for them. ??You can make an impact. The LVS program strives to help homeless Veterans rebuild their lives and find safe, affordable, permanent housing. We provide individual case management, including mental and physical health services, a clean and sober living environment, and access to recovery and addiction programs.
